1. General Information
At ForKids6, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely so your little ones can enjoy their toys, stationery, and accessories without delay. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment.

2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted courier and delivery partners.
At the moment, international shipping is not available.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities / Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.

5. Delays or Issues

We will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue promptly.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours with photos/video, and we will arrange for a replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Store Pickup (Optional)
Customers in and around Erode, Tamil Nadu can choose “Store Pickup” at checkout to collect their order directly from our local store.
Pickup is usually ready within 24 hours of placing the order.
