2. RETURN POLICY
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. If the item is damaged or defective, please include a video demonstrating the issue when submitting your claim.
Once the return / exchange / replacement is accepted within 7 days, the alternative product will be delivered in 7–10 days.
3. REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
4. EXCHANGE POLICY
