1. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments through online payment gateway transactions. When you choose to pay with the payment gateway, you may be redirected to their website to complete the payment. Rest assured, your bank details are securely handled by Instamojo and PhonePe’s payment gateway, which encrypts all your sensitive information.

2. RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

The product received is different from the product ordered.

The product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

For a product received that is different from the product ordered, the customer must contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with the order number and details of the product received. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

For a damaged or defective product, the customer must contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos and/or a video showing the damage or defect.

No returns will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or any reason other than the above-mentioned cases.

3. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be provided ONLY if the product received is damaged or defective.

Once the returned damaged/defective product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed only after the issue is verified and approved by our team. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

No refund will be provided for products that are different from the product ordered. In such cases, only the return process will be initiated.

4. WRONG PRODUCT / EXCHANGE POLICY

If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will initiate the return process for the incorrect product.

Please note: Receiving a different product does not qualify for a refund. Refunds are strictly applicable only to products that are confirmed to be damaged or defective.

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our customer service team. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, wherever applicable.

4. EXCHANGE POLICY

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We will exchange items that are defective or damaged upon arrival if notified within 7 days of delivery.

5. SHIPPING POLICY

We process orders within 2 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location and shipping method chosen. In case of returns, an opening video of the courier received is a must for any claims.

The shipping of the product takes 3–4 days; post that, the order will be delivered in 7–10 days.
